TrojanMebroot

Filed under: Spyware News — Spyware Parasites: Terms and Definitions @ 10:39 am
Trojan.Mebroot is a nasty Trojan that can infiltrate your computer via browser security cracks. Trojan.Mebroot has the ability to infect the Master Boot Record (MBR) of the Hard Drive Disc and install stealthy bank malware modules. In other words, Trojan.Mebroot enables a remote attacker to steal your banking information that may include usernames and passwords. Trojan.Mebroot detection is aggravated because of Rootkit techniques it uses. Trojan.Mebroot should be removed from your system upon detection.
