PestSweeper, also known as Pest Sweeper, is a rogue anti-spyware program that may be downloaded and installed onto your computer by Trojan.Zlob. Once Trojan.Zlob is installed, it will display fraudulent error messages, stating that your computer is infected with spyware and adware applications. The fraudulent error message may start as "Malware and harmful software were found" and to click on the 'OK' button to remove the malware detected. If you click on the fraudulent error message, you'll be redirected to PestSweeper.com where there's a free trial version of PestSweeper to download. After PestSweeper runs a scan of your computer, it will then offer you to remove the parasites it "found" when you purchase the full version of the PestSweeper program. It is strongly recommended to remove PestSweeper from your system without any hesitation.
