NowFixPc.com, or NowFixPc, is a dangerous rogue website and a browser hijacker. NowFixPc.com promotes rogue anti-spyware programs in hopes of profiting from gullible computer users. NowFixPc.com displays a fake "Messenger Service" messages that claim to have detected critical registry errors. NowFixPc.com is currently promoting a rogue reigstry cleaner called Registry Update. NowFixPc.com may hijack your browser and redirect it to a webpage that advertises the rogue reigstry cleaner Registry Update. NowFixPc.com misleading message reads: "Messenger Service: Message from FROM to TO on 26.5.2008 11:48:30 STOP! WINDOWS REQUIRES IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. Windows has found 35 Critical System Errors. To fix errors please do the following: 1. Download Registry Update from: www.nowfixpc.com 2. Install Registry Update 3. Run Registry Update 4. Reboot your computer FAILURE TO ACT NOW MAY LEAD TO SYSTEM FAILURE! [OK BUTTON]" NowFixPc.com may prove dangerous to your security and privacy and, therefore, should be avoided at all costs. If NowFixPc.com has already infected your machine, we strongly recommend you to scan your system for Registry Update, Zlob and other possible infections.
