BackDoor-Guard.com is a browser hijacker that imitates the Windows Security Center. Usually, Backdoor-guard.com results from a Zlob Trojan and may be difficult to remove manually. Once executed, it will display you the following message: "You strongly need to FIX this problem! If you don't do it - all the information from your computer might be deleted! Press the button below to check for all harmful programs and viruses from your computer and get help to delete it". The purpose of this warning alert is to scare users and force them to purchase rogue anti-spyware applications or to call to paid telephone number (2.5 $ per minute) for "technical support" or "instant access". In addition Zlob Trojan may open up huge browser security holes to download new spyware onto your machine. This places any personal or financial information stored on your computer in severe jeopardy and represents a serious security risk, therefore we recommend to remove BackDoor-Guard.com and Trojan Zlob without delay.
