Sourcefire, a provider of enterprise threat management solution, has announced that its board of directors has reviewed Barracuda Networkss unsolicited acquisition proposal and has concluded that the proposal is not in the best interests of Sourcefire and its stockholders. Barracuda Networks is a provider of anti-virus and spyware solutions.
